All students will wear proper shoes (that being tennis shoes) for gym everyday. If they do not wear these shoes they will be given the My PE Shoe Worksheet that they will have to copy. They will copy this worksheet once for each time they are not wearing proper shoes to PE. i.e. first day will equal one copy, second time will equal two copies and so on. This is the only dress requirement for PE at Washington Middle School. Realize that your child will receive a 0 for not wearing shoes and they will get 5 of their 10 points back for the day only after they have completed copying the shoe worksheet.

I have had the pleasure of winning two state titles the last three years. Bring home a second place trophy just last year from state. I truly hope that your child is interested and comes out this spring.
