Aug 22, 2018 We've hit the ground running and have had a great couple of days as we've begun a new year here at SHS. The library doors have been open since Monday, and students have already been checking out books, typing papers, doing homework, getting help with research, printing, and just hanging out! Mar 28, 2018 The results of the 2018 Abraham Lincoln Illinois Teen Reader's Choice Award are in! Readers across the state who participated in this year's Lincoln Award had to read at least four of the nominated titles in order to vote. While we didn't many participants this year, SHS registered for the state-wide program, and added their votes to the tally. SHS readers all but unanimously voted for Sabaa Tahir's An Ember in the Ashes. READ MORE
