Tuesday, March 1st
ALL BETA COMPETITORS (virtual and onsite) will go to convention on Tuesday. A bus will take them from school to the BOS center. Parents will need to pick up students around 3:00 from BOS. (The exception is the quiz bowl team who will be competing at that time… they will call parents when finished.) Competitors need to bring money for lunch, or they can bring their own lunch.
ALL BETA CLUB MEMBERS will need to be brought to the BOS center at 7:00 pm. on Tuesday night. They will need to be picked up around 9:00 pm.
Wednesday, March 2nd
ALL BETA CLUB MEMBERS will go by bus to the BOS center. The bus will take us to HyVee for lunch. Students should bring money for lunch, or they can bring their own lunch. We will walk back to FMS after lunch. There is no need for parents to provide transportation on Wednesday.
Note: Art and Apparel competitors need to bring their artwork with the paperwork filled out. Everyone who purchased a Beta t-shirt should wear it to the convention. You’ll need to wear dress code attire.
