It is that time of the year again where we are asking parents of students that attend District 186 schools to fill out the 5 Essentials Survey. The purpose of this survey is to provide data that schools can use to identify strengths and areas for improvement in their school climate and practices, ultimately aiming to enhance student learning outcomes. Once you have completed the survey, please take a screenshot and email it to our principal, Mr. Hood, at chhood@sps186.org and you will be entered into a drawing to win a giftcard! Please fill the survey out before March 28th. If you need a device and/or assistance with filling it out, reach out to Mrs. Boualavong at lboualavong@sps186.org or call the school at 217-525-3220 to set up a time to come to the school to fill it out.
