Dear Parents,
This is a friendly reminder that the state exclusion date is nearing. If your child is not compliant with either the physical or the immunizations, you should have or will receive a letter in the mail. The date of the physical must be dated after 8/21/22 and be on an IDPH physical form. Per state law, students will be excluded from school at 8:00 am on October 2, 2023, unless physical proof of appointment is provided prior to October 14, 2023.
