Cross Country practice will begin on Tuesday, August 23 immediately after school. Please come prepared for practice with plenty of water, tennis shoes, and weather appropriate clothing. Cross country is a 2 mile run and will require hydration and proper shoes and clothing each and every day.

The full season schedule can be found on the school’s webpage and a copy will be handed out to all athletes at the first practice.
