Lee celebrated our first annual Celebrating All Differences Spirit Week. Each day our theme and activities helped students to learn and collaborate together and it was amazing! We really are one Lee family.
Magnificent Mind Monday - wear a hat or wild hair to think of those who are neurodivergent, have dyslexia, ADHD, etc.
Teamwork Tuesday - wear your favorite team to celebrate those who have physical disabilities and have to train their body like an athlete
Wacky Sock Wednesday - wear your wacky sock to celebrate Down syndrome; people with Down syndrome have an extra chromosome which are shaped like socks
Tie-Dye Thursday - wear tie-dye to celebrate the broad spectrum of Autism
Sensory Friendly Friday - wear comfy clothes for those with sensory sensitivities or Sensory Processing Disorder
