This past January, we recorded 238 late slips, which added up to 11,886 minutes (or 198 hours) of missed learning time. As a result, our overall attendance rate has dropped to 91%, while our goal is 95% attendance.
We know that children sometimes need to stay home due to illness or other important reasons, and we fully support families in those moments. Outside of those circumstances, we encourage our students to arrive on time and ready to learn every day. Every minute in the classroom counts, and being present helps our students stay connected, confident, and successful.
Thank you for partnering with us to make attendance a priority and support strong learning habits! 💙📚
