  • Be A Senator’s focus for February is Self-Care.  Senators show respect to themselves by taking care of their physical health.  Research shows that exercise can be equivalent to medication in treating depression and getting proper sleep reduces stress and improves your mood.  Teens need 8 to 10 hours of sleep each night and 30-60 minutes of physical activity each day.  This week, try to get the proper amount of sleep and exercise each day and see how great you feel!

  • Be A Senator wants to thank everyone who visited our Wellness table this week. In this week’s drawing we had a Jimmy John’s gift card, Lego Set, a Needoh, a Stanley & an adult coloring book.
