• Good morning, Springfield High! Today is Tuesday, March 3rd

  • Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays the  Peace Room is  open and available to students for support in the Guidance Office-8:30-9am and 11:30-2pm.  

  • Tutoring is available for all students.  Normal tutoring on Tuesdays and Thursdays continues from 3:30-4:30 in room 214.  In addition, tutoring is also now available on Wednesdays from 2:30-3:30 in room 114.

  • Be A Senator wants to thank everyone who visited our Wellness table in February and for making Self-Care month such a huge success. The winners of our final drawing were Wesley Hoffek, Chloe Rawe, Cailynn Godfrey and Oleksandra Nosova.  The winner of our Jar of Hearts game was Simone Dolan. Please come to room 104 (the old guidance office) to claim your prize!

  • Juniors and Seniors - if you are interested in working the local election on March 17th, 2026, you can apply by picking up a flyer from Mr. Lightfoot in room 224. When you fill out the form, you must have it signed by your parent and an administrator, plus have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and be available to work from 6am - 7pm that day. You will be paid for the day! See Mr. Lightfoot with questions.

  • Interested in joining the boys tennis team for the 2025-26 season?  Please plan to attend a mandatory team meeting on Tuesday, March 3 at 3:30pm in the Commons. If you are unable to attend, please contact Coach Ingebrigtsen.

  • Our newspaper class is so fun and creative but we need more people for next year! If you are interested in being in the newspaper class, you must complete an application to be considered. The class is open to next year's sophomores, juniors and seniors who like to write, work together and find new ways to share the news. Applications can be picked up from Ms. Negele in room 312 and must be returned by Friday, March 6th. 

  • Congrats to the Scholastic Bowl team Braydon Meyer, Vanshika Gunda, Sean Tucker, and Anvi Agarwal, on their 10th place finish at NAQT state. Close games all day well played by all. 

  • There will be a GSA meeting after school Friday in Mrs. Eaton's room 356.

  • There will be a Fellowship of Christian Athletes meeting on Tuesday March 3rd at 6:30pm in the Library .

Guest speaker Aaron Mueller, local podcaster & pastor will speak about Community.
