Senators show respect to themselves by surrounding themselves with positive and supportive peers. While it is okay to seek a large network of friends, research shows that having a smaller number of quality friends is a stronger predictor of happiness. A quality friend is someone who treats you with respect and is there for you when you need them. Talking to such a friend can actually be good for your health because it can lower your blood pressure and heart rate. Have a great week from Be A Senator.
We will be selling tickets for the musical during both lunch shifts starting today. Prices are $8 for students and $10 for adults and can be purchased at the Music Commons — 2nd floor of the new Commons. You MUST bring your printed ticket with you to the show.
