• All students must be registered every year! We appreciate your updating and completing your registration as early as possible, as we plan for next year. The purpose is to ensure we know whether students are returning and that we have up-to-date information.

Physicals & Immunizations:
Please schedule your back-to-school physical with your primary care provider as soon as possible!
All students entering pre-k, kindergarten, 6th grade, 9th grade, and those new to Springfield Public School District 186 must provide proof of a physical exam completed by a physician, nurse practitioner or physician's assistant by the first day of school. 6th Grade Orientation:
An in-person opportunity for incoming 6th-grade students to get acquainted with WMS and connect with future classmates. WMS student leaders will guide students through the building, provide tours, and help them feel comfortable and prepared for the upcoming school year. This event is for students only.
