Talk about a morning that shifted into high gear. 
Today at Springfield Southeast High School started with an unforgettable surprise as Lincoln Land Community College and the LLCC Workforce Institute arrived with life-changing news for senior Henry Clemons.
Henry was awarded a FULL scholarship worth $15,000 to attend LLCC’s Automotive Program, covering the entire two-year program and putting him one step closer to turning his passion into a career. 
The moment the announcement was made, the room erupted with excitement, pride, and pure happiness. His classmates and staff at SSHS could not have been more excited to celebrate this incredible accomplishment.
One of the best moments? Henry immediately asking if he could call his mom and share the amazing news.
We know this is only the beginning for Henry, and we cannot wait to see all he accomplishes in the automotive industry at LLCC and beyond.
